Convocation Guidelines:

Graduates must register on the SEECS website for their session by 5th October 2026. Register here
Upon completion of registration, an E-invitation will be sent to the registered email address.
On 19th October 2026, gowns and caps will be issued. Graduates must bring a printed copy of the E-invitation card to get it stamped. Only stamped cards will be considered valid.
Each graduate is allowed to invite a maximum of two guests.
A mandatory briefing session will be held on 19th October 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Attendance is compulsory.
Graduates must report to the ACB in Jinnah Auditorium at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
Children under 12 years and mobile phones are not allowed inside the auditorium.
All participants must maintain discipline throughout the ceremony.

Limited guest rooms for parents/guests are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requests will be processed only upon receipt of confirmation from the Messing Branch, NUST.
Hostel accommodation is available for students only.

Convocation Fee	7,000	For graduates who have not yet collected their degree from the SEECS Exam Branch. (They may collect after convocation).
Convocation Fee	5,000	For graduates who have collected their degree before convocation from the SEECS Exam Branch.

Male: A dark color Lounge Suit with closed collar/ National dress with black shoes only.
Female: Decent dress of sober color, with black shoes without heels.
Tights & Jeans are not allowed.

Issuance of Gowns to the FOC (UG and PG) students: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on 19th Oct 2026 in SEECS PG Basement.

Gowns to be returned within 3x days at the location from where collected. After 3x days, Rs. 200/- will be charged per day per gown from the student.

2	Hostel Accommodation Charges		Hostel accommodation will be available for students only. A non-refundable, one-night stay fee of Rs. 2,500 per person (with bedding) or Rs. 1,500 per person (without bedding) must be paid in advance along with the registration fee.
3	UG & PG Convocation Registration Fee	Rs 7000	All qualified graduates willing to attend are required to deposit Rs. 7000/- as Convocation fee through Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Online Payment in Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in favor of: Account Name: SEECS Seminar/Workshop/Short Courses Account. 2		Note	Those who have already collected their degree before convocation from the SEECS Exam Branch will have to deposit Rs. 5000/- only as a convocation fee.
